I have absolutely loved this phone. But one month after warranty ran out (one year) now nothing on the screen will access. I touch the screen and nothing happens.I can pull up my last calls and call those people by using the buttons one happens to be voicemail but can't delete or save messages now. At&t no longer carrying the phone and I'm still in contract till Dec. Of this year.

I do not like that the phone only allows you yo talk about 15 minutes at a time. I do not like that the phone lock out so quick.

This is a good phone. I'm 6 foot 3 in tall, so its just a bit small for me even though its one of the larger data phones. The protective case makes it feel a little larger. Clicking on a link on the web is hard because the links show up very small. The speaker phone needs to be louder. Other than those things the phone is good.

I don't understand the message function. With my previous phone was able to receive picture messages and now it rejects them. I did requested that I did not want the internet on the phone and I did want it blocked. Is this why?

I am disappointed with the phone. It's difficult to use. I would have preferred a flip phone. It requires unlocking for every step even though I have turned the security off. I have to go through too many steps to make a call and the touch screen is not very responsive.

Took me a little to get use to it but so far I love it. I'm not sure about my plan yet.

When I first got my phone, I had to get used to using it. When I first started using it for text messaging, I was using the keyboard, then flip to using the phone keypad with made it a lot easier. I have purchase all kinds of things for my Vu, different color case covers screen protectors, extra batteries, cable to use in my car.
This is to Vanessa who want the cable to play in her car, I have one its on amazon and its called LG Vu CU920 3.5mm Stereo Coiled AUX Cable (Male to Male), thinking about switching to the Iphone, or the Lg expo window phone, good luck all keep enjoying that Vu, I do.
